Equipped with robust 75mm flat burrs of commercial grade, it ensures high grinding productivity, achieving a remarkable 4-5 grams per second. Enhanced with a special Red Speed coating, these burrs are built to withstand grinding over 2,000 - 2,500 kg of coffee.
