Established in the 1950s, Mazzer Luigi S.R.L. is an Italian precision machine workshop which recently became the topmost manufacturer of commercial-grade coffee grinders and dose grinders. The Mazzer ZM Flat Burr Grinder is a new addition to the lineup of grinders featuring a metal body and a very large 83mm Burr size designed to be efficient and reliable.
The Grind adjustment is step-less and the unit is powered by the powerful 900W motor with 83mm stainless steel burrs. This grinder features low RPM technology allowing you to keep your grinds cool for that perfect cup.

- True Zero Calibration: The Electronic TRUE ZERO calibration ensures that the ZM grind settings are identical from grinder to grinder, café to café.
- Keep Your Grounds Cool: This grinder features a low RPM (rotations per minute), a Belt-driven transmission to keep the heat generated by the motor away from the grinding chamber and a Double fan system.
