The Mizudashi Cold Brewer makes the perfect single cup by allowing total immersion of medium-ground coffee in water through the mesh filter, resulting in extensive flavour extraction. Just put in the ground coffee, fill it with water and leave it in a fridge for a few hours and later you will feel how smooth, syrupy sweet your brew will become.
