75mm Burr Grinder With an Intuitive Design
Eureka, an Italian manufacturer of precision coffee grinders since 1920, has introduced one of their latest designs, the Olympus 75 grinder. At a first glance, this grinder is an incredible mix of practicality and great design. Looking more carefully, this grinder comes with very large 75 mm flat steel burrs rotating at 1400 RPMs using a powerful 800watt motor. Given these specifications, it is not surprising that this new addition to the Eureka family enjoys high popularity among advanced home baristas.
The Grind adjustment is step-less, all you need to do is turn the knob on the top of the grinder until you reach your preferred grind fineness. Olympus' hopper can hold up to 3.1 lbs of coffee and the hourly output of the grinder is 13.6kg/h.
