An Atom Grinder With a Few Handy Features
Eureka, an Italian manufacturer of precision coffee grinders since 1920, has introduced one of their latest designs, the Atom Specialty 75 series grinder. At a first glance, this grinder is incredibly similar to its sister the Atom lineup. Looking more carefully, this grinder comes with 75 mm flat steel burrs rotating at 1400 RPMs using a powerful and surprisingly quiet 800W motor. Given these specifications, it is not surprising that this new addition to the Eureka family enjoys high popularity among home baristas.
The Eureka Atom Specialty 75 is an Italian-made favourite, Eureka is world-renowned for their High-Speed Grind Dispersion, and Silent technology for quality noise reduction engineering.
