The incredible Breville Oracle™ brings a fully automatic process to the tedious and particular work of brewing espresso. Its built-in grinder automatically grinds to the perfect doses and tampers the portafilter with precision. At the heart of the machine are two dual boilers for simultaneous espresso extraction and milk, both with ideal temperature settings for each even under continuous usage.
Built into this machine you will also find Over Pressure Value (OPV) technology, which is a commercial-grade feature to limit the maximum pressure through the extraction, helping to prevent a bitter extraction.
